Soft Tissue Surgery

John Williams MA VetMB LLB CertVR FRCVS DipECVS, a

European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery,   has been

active in referral work since 1990. In addition to being a

former university lecturer John is active in lecturing to qualified 

vets  in the UK, Europe and USA. He publishes regularly in journals

 and textbooks in the UK and US. 

John is a recipient of the prestigious BSAVA Simon Award for "outstanding contributions to veterinary surgery" 

John has examined at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is currently  Chief Examiner for the RCVS Diploma in Small Animal Surgery (Soft Tissue)

He is a member of the Feline Advisory Bureau’s Feline Expert Panel

John has a particular interest in portosystemic shunts, thoracic and
airway surgery, GDV, and wound management and reconstruction.
