How to get a Referral

If you feel that your pet would benefit from visiting our practice, you can arrange for them to be referred to us through your usual veterinary practice. 

Please just let your vet know that you’d like to be referred, and ask them to submit a referral request online using our referral form. 

We will ask your usual vet to submit your pet’s full medical history, after which we will contact you directly to arrange an appointment with our team. 

If your vet would like to discuss your pet’s case with us directly before or after the referral, they are welcome to give us a call on 01606 723222.
