”Enzo was in hospital fir several weeks and it wasn’t always easy to speak to a nurse about his progress. I appreciate they are very busy but I frequently left messages for a nurse to get back to me when free. This rarely happened unfortunately. When I did get to speak to a nurse they were very helpful, informative as much as they could be, and most importantly they were kind. Charlie phoned regularly to keep me up to date with the situation. Enzo is very grateful even if he didn’t appreciate it at the time.
